Update: Justin Bieber was charged for attacking a limousine driver in December, until he turned himself into the Toronto Police.
The reason for Justin Bieber's attack on the driver is unknown, however, many theories are dug up, for example: He was drunk. Another theory was that that, since Selena Gomez, Bieber's girlfriend, was also present in the limousine with Justin, it i thought that Selena was the reason for Justin's assault on the driver, or that she was the one that attacked the driver. Justin would then take blame for his girlfriend, however, nothing is for sure yet.
Justn's attack happened in December 2013, no tracks or information were gathered until Justin turned himself into the police. There were crowds of fans and haters, cheering or blaming Justin a month after, when he surrendered. Some examples are the comments that were commented on the original article:

In detail, on December 30th 2013, around 3 a.m, a limousine picked up a group of people and drove them to the hotel. On the way to the hotel the driver was attacked by one of the passengers. While the driver left the vehicle and called the police, the attacker left the place of the happening. A month later, January 29th 2014, Justin Bieber confessed the assault. He is charged for assault and will be in court, Monday March 210th, 2014.

Why: I gave a 3 for the title because it is interesting it brings the readers attention, it just gets caught in someones eye.
The hook is really really good, it introduces the text very well and it keeps the reader’s attention.
The lead was as well verry good, alll of th information needed was found
The body was great I found the information “how and why”, and some quotes were used.
Overall it wasn't perfect but it is very close to it. This would be an interesting topic for some teen/teenage girl magazine or site or something. It is a topic not everyone can find interesting, for people who are not interested in that kind of information,let's say. But you wrote it very well you made it interesting, even though I'm not interested in Justin Bieber, it was very exciting to read
